Dr. Ron Brar
Dr. Ron Brar graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 1983. He then went on to pursue specialty training in prosthodontics at the University of Illinois in Chicago, graduating in 1987. Dr. Brar taught at the University of Manitoba, Faculty of Dentistry until 1989.
He moved to BC in 1990 and has practiced in Maple Ridge at Coast Dental Centre ever since. Dr. Brar recently celebrated his 20 years of service.
He has thousands of hours committed to continued education, and is an active member of various study clubs. Although his area of expertise is in restorative dentistry (fillings and crowns), he also has advanced training in dentures, implants, root canals and oral surgery.
We are committed to providing a patient-first approach for all of our dental services in Maple Ridge. From the moment our patients walk into our office, they are treated with respect, kindness, and compassion.

I’ve always had a phobia of dentists after a serious infection put me in the hospital after wisdom tooth removal. Been coming to Dr. Brar since 1999 he always provides gentle dental care to procedures and makes you feel comfortable.
